JANE LARKIN

Jane Larkin is an Australian actress, director, writer and producer, who's notable work includes her speaking role in MGM's "Thirteen Lives", and a party goer from Netflix's "Spiderhead". She cites working with Ron Howard as a career highlight. Jane just wrapped on an independent feature film called "The Edge" [2024] where she wrote, starred, directed and produced the feature about female athletes.
2022 saw multiple productions for Jane, with highlights such as Netflix's "Spiderhead", Season 2 of NBC's "Young Rock" and a speaking role in the Australian road trip mystery series, "Darby and Joan". Jane also plays Penny in the upcoming 2023 Australian Netflix series "Boy Swallows Universe" based on Trent Dalton's award winning novel of the same name.
Jane's role in the comedy short, "Breaking Up with Corona" [2021], earned her and her co-star the Best Romantic Comedy Micro-Film at the Portland Comedy Festival. Jane is also formally trained internationally and domestically, recently finishing her studies at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio in California. Jane is an elite sprint athlete who has represented Australia internationally in the 200 meters. She also has stunt training, and is highly proficient in fight choreography, firearms and combat.
Jane holds a PhD in creative writing and philosophy, and has been a prolific writer and filmmaker since childhood. She is drawn to the force of entertainment as a means of education and believes film has the power to change the world.
